Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of failure of transaction or booking you will get your money back within 7 working days in your account. The cancellation charges depend on the operators policies, for this you have apply within three months. There will be no refund after 3 months of travel date/ check in.

Payments made through valid credit cards shall be refunded in it rapidly and payments made from other modes will be refunded within one month by cheque, from the date of receipt of ticket.

Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Cancellation Bus and airline tickets are at all times subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant airline/carrier(in case of bus subject to Operators) in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Note: The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft(Or wallet(on demand)).
